  Wonderful response time and car loan rates for newer used vehicles are excellent. Wrapping up a refi on my 2019 at a rate 3% lower than TFCU.

  I have been with this bank for 15 years and never really needed much but I was really disappointed how they treated me as a customer me when I did. I needed to add my husband to my account so I went to this branch, grabbed the paperwork, filled it out, and came back. I talked to Joshua the branch manager who was not friendly to begin with but I got past that. He said he would be calling my husband Monday to verify then complete the paperwork. A week went by with no word, the next week I called the customer service number twice and left voicemails for Joshua to call me back. I had to go to the branch a third time and was told that my paperwork was left on someone’s desk with no note on what to do with it. Rachel was wonderful and was able to help me out. I am worried that something so easy was such a pain and will be considering changing banks at this point. Im also not sure how a branch manager is the one that cares the least about the customer experience.

  Worst experience I have ever had with a mortgage. That includes loans being serviced by overseas tele-support. It has been a year and they still can't get the details of my loan correct. Every time you call the Home Loan Department it's a 45min wait!

  Had a excellent experience getting my vehicle loan through True Sky. Was very fast and efficient. They don't BS around. They give you your preapproval with 30 minutes and the best rate around. The experience was absolutely outstanding. Must try! Also there customer serve is outstanding over the phone!
