  Everyone else was great but what is sad is that an OLDER woman, who works there, is butchering my name and then think its hilarious to call me "Dracula", because she couldn't pronounce my name and laugh and seeing a younger co-worker getting on her about it. You would think with age, theres more maturity but that is not the case at all. Customer service is a one star due to that. Makes me wonder what else she has done and thought was hilarious...I was very disappointed as I was there for emergency reasons and didn't feel comfortable after that.

  I've had a loan with these ladies for atleast 4 years and I'm always late! They do contact people because I'm late and my people don't mind. These ladies aren't rude at all. When I go in to pay them late or call late over the phone, they are more than polite. I renew and even after all the problems I cause, they still give me money. No place is ever willing to help as much as they do. I am thankful to have them on my side. Anytime I need money they are willing to help without hassle. The manager and her girls rock! Thank ya'll so much. I recommend! That's if ya'll can get approved with your awful credit ;) lol. Don't be salty!

  Called to have them stop calling me as a reference. When I told the male agent that I didn't want any part of this and to stop calling me when he asked the reason I wanted them to stop calling about my friend's account; he abruptly hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

  Got a loan over a year ago and have made payments and when I miss one by even a day do to medical reasons these people show up at my house daily and now have contacted my in laws. Dont even know how they got their info but I will NEVER go to them again nor will I tell people about them. I have nothing good to say about this company

  Very helpful! Ladies in here are always friendly and fast. Good intrest rates so makes it easy to pay back on their installment laons.
