  As a Realtor in Lafayette, I've had the pleasure of doing quite a few transactions with Shawn and he has knocked every one of them out of the park! He's as good as it gets at his craft, and is very attentive to the individual needs of his clients, helping come up with solutions for them specifically instead of just trying to put them all in the same boat. I love recommending people to Shawn because I know he will care about their situation and their goals as much as they do, and he won't just let a deal fall apart when things get complicated.

  Hector Avila is always great! Very kind, professional and attentive! He goes above more than knowing just your face and name, he gets to know you more (personally I think that's great customer/ guest/ client service)! He's always willing to help you and find a solution that fits your situation and not just one that works for everyone else.   We had a great experience with Shawn Glavin. He really helped us out financially with rearranging our finances and the refinancing or our two properties.   Due to medical reasons, we needed to move to a new house. Our realtor suggested we contact Shawn Glavin for financial advice. Besides being very personable, Shawn exhibited a deep knowledge of finance and the tools/products that could help us not only meet our goal of a new home but get relief of considerable debt as well. He was also willing to take as much time as needed to make sure we understood our options and how to proceed.   We found a house we wanted to buy, but we hadn’t sold our current home. We didn’t know what we were going to do. Then our realtor referred us to Shawn! Shawn showed us we “could have our cake and eat it too”! He set us up with a swing loan which gave us the down payment we needed for the new house! Then he worked his magic numbers and helped us close on the new house! Everything worked out perfectly for us! I’d recommend Shawn to anyone who’s looking for unique and personalized banking solutions.
