  Me and my wife had Don Frazier as our loan officer. He was the most professional and up to date man I had ever worked with. I highly recommend these guys to everyone that is thinking about getting a home. They will sit down with you and show you what you need to improve and they will show you strategic ways to fix your credit and settle your debt. Even after we closed and the final paperwork was done we are still in contact with the company, as they make sure we are still good and confident in our mortgage. Thank you guys again especially Don.

  Laura Mullen is the most efficient loan officer I have ever worked with. She is direct, informed, and always looking out for her customers' best interest. The Ruoff process is an online masterpiece which makes the process clear and efficient. We were extremely pleased with their process!

  Laura Mullen is the best!! I’ve gone through approximately 15 refinances in my lifetime and unfortunately only three were with Laura. I wish all of them had been handed by Laura. I could go into paragraphs upon paragraphs of her amazing service, honestly and attention to detail, but words just would not do her justice. Thank you for saving me thousands of dollars, Laura!!

  I cannot say enough good things about Laura Mullen with Ruoff! We first started working with Laura in July of 2020. The market was crazy and we were looking at all different houses. We had put in a few offers. Laura was so quick about getting us preapproval letters sent over to the realtor! After fighting with the market for several months we decided to build a home. Laura was there for ALL of our questions that came with the mortgage side of building a home. I will never use another mortgage company again! We finally closed in November 2021 and we are beyond happy with the service we received. Just last week in Feb 2022 I texted Laura a question that my mom had as she is thinking about buying a home sometime soon and she was so quick to answer and investigate the situation for us! Home buying can be so stressful so do yourself the biggest favor in the process and have Laura Mullen on your side!!
