  Carrie was knowledgeable and always prompt to reply and conduct business. We had a terrible experience with our realtor and title company and she went above and beyond to ensure our home buying process went smoothly despite other parties’ errors. She has her clients best interests in mind and really knows her stuff when it comes to mortgages and the home buying process.

  Carrie and her team are fantastic! Carrie handled the initial financing on our home when we purchased 3 years ago and just handled the refinancing of our home after our remodel. She got us excellent rates, eliminated our PMI and saved us over $400 per month on our house payment. Entire process was absolutely seamless, communication was first rate and the closing process was simple and she worked around our schedules to complete the application process. This is the 3rd time that we have used Carrie and her team at Approved Mortgage and we highly recommend them without reservation!

  Carrie and her team are amazing at what they do. Carrie is thorough and by the book. She will help you find what is the best loan for you at the lowest cost to you. She is also great at explaining anything you might have questions about during the process. Her team is great at helping to connect you with the right resource and is there to assist Carrie to make the process go as smoothly as possible. I signed my first mortgage with Carrie and just refinanced to take advantage of the low rates. Both times I got the best deal for me and walked away feeling like I made the right choice!
