  This branch is slower than a 7 year itch. We literally have been in line for 20 minutes first waiting for the vehicle in front of us to get waited on & then waiting ourselves for them to simply cash a small check. This is ridiculous.

  I have held a mortgage with Lafayette Savings Bank for 10 years. Old National took them over. I was working with a teller trying to get an issue resolved. The manager was evidently half listening to the conversation. She later butted in and was VERY rude and unprofessional. She didn't even introduce herself. She even raised her voice to the teller that was trying to explain things. I think it is time to refinance. When I made that suggestion, the manager basically told me to go ahead. That was the only helpful thing she did. I will never go back to that branch again. If you are thinking of using them I'd rethink it. There are plenty of banks in Lafayette to choose from.

  If you want a bank where you are treated like family and they are always willing to help! They greet you by name, are always friendly and solve problems when you have them quickly and effectively. This branch is the best! Old National Corporate is not the greatest, but you can deal with Dianna, Wendy, Todd and crew will take care of you

  It's not often I leave reviews or feedback, but I felt like I had to speak up. I have a business account with Old National and must say that my experience with this branch's staff, especially Todd and Wendy have been nothing short of exceptional. Every time I stop by, they go out of their way to assist. I'd highly recommend utilizing this branch of Old National for your banking needs.

  The people at the Creasy Branch are the greatest! They are always eager to help and remember you by name. They often do special things like clean windows in cars going thru the drive-thru. Topper is when my wife was sick, they noticed I had not been in the bank in awhile and they called to see if everything was Ok! Love these guys!

  Not happy at all..I have had this bank for yrs. I am on card 5 or 6 because of fraudulent charges and am still waiting on my new card now..talk about inconvenient. They sent it out may 9th..RIDICULOUS..

  This bank is definitely my favorite of all time. I'm in the military, so naturally I used to use USAA because of the military benefits provided. Even the benefits provided by USAA cannot compare to the service I receive at Old National. Kalynn is beyond the biggest help I could have asked for when I went through a money laundering event on my account. She knows what she is doing, and does it well.

  Slowest. Branch. Ever!! Every time I sit in this drive-thru for 20+ minutes, I spend the time researching other banks. I'm ready to switch.
