  They impounded my car for the second time because they said I did not have insurance knowing myself I always have insurance on my vehicle because I doordash they did not call or notify me that they needed information this place is just ready to steal your money I’ve never gave someone a one star rating but these guys definitely deserve it I shouldn’t have to pay $320 2 times to get my car out

  If I could do negative stars I would!!! Rudest people I have ever met!! Repo’d my brothers car last night with no warning. Didnt leave a voicemail, text, email, nothing. Towed it an hour away bc they said he didn’t have insurance. And he had it the whole time!!! He had to Uber an hour there then they charged him $250 to get it out. We called to ask questions and she talked to me like I was a 2 year old. Sassy and rude! TERRIBLE customer service. And the manager Kathy was ten times worse!! I don’t know how they even stay in business with such hateful attitudes. Smart mouthing too. All bc of a mistake on their end he is over $300 in the hole and had to miss work to go get his car back and they tell him oh well. Trying to refinance as we speak to get away from this company!!!

  Was easy to join when I got my car. Never had a problem. They’re fast & professional when it comes to monthly payments, no hassle.

  I have never had a problem with anyone at this branch. Anytime I call, need information or have to change my automatic payment date for the month they have always been professional and kind with an upbeat friendly attitude. I have never been given any trouble or the run around in any way. I am a real person I do not work for them or affiliated in any way with the exception they have my truck note.

  My bank, USAA sent them a check in the mail for my payment on my vehicle. They say they never got it, I check with USAA and the check is showing it has been cashed, the money has been deducted from my account. They don't report any payments as on time even though all of my payments are on time or early, they've all been reported as late or hasn't been made so now my credit is now in toilet. Don't do business with these snakes, will regret it.

  Wish could give negative review. RUDE RUDE RUDE very hard to deal with they lie about working with their customers and then take your car in the middle of the night. GET WHAYEVER THEY SAY TO YOU IN WRITING!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD. Then when tried to pay late payments and repo fee, I was refused/denied that right. Girls upfront are rude nasty to customers answer the phone rude too. Just don’t deal with this place...RUN RUN RUN!!!!!

  Wouldn't recommend using unless it's your last option to get a car. Has a lot of requirements they don't tell you about. Will repo for no reason then when shown proof for a wrongful repo still makes you pay to get car back

  I've been dealing with Security Credit for 11 years and they have outstanding customer service with a Great staff to help with any needs,I highly recommend their service.
