  All the bank personnel were very friendly including the guard (sorry I didn't catch his name). Tasha was very good in helping get my new account opened. Website and app are great. Rates are very good and the qualifications are simple. Think I've found my new bank!

  Security Bank helped me with the purchase of my first rental. There was some miscommunication during the transaction that left me uneasy. My Loan Officer Austin Burkdall gave me a call and took ownership, and gave clarity, and gave me peace of mind. By doing so it showed me Security Bank has great customer service, and cares about the customer even after a transaction is done. I will now be working with Security Bank for my future investment needs due to the personal care and would recommend them to anyone.

  Wonderful experience with this bank! We've been using a larger, national bank and have been very disappointed with the service provided. Security Bank has shown us a totally different experience. Even before we had transferred our accounts over, they went above and beyond to help us and accommodate our requests. "Small town bank" feel in how they treat their customers, but with all the large bank conveniences. We are so happy we made the change.

  When I was locked out of my account they were so kind. A woman name, Rachel helped navigate it seamlessly. A wonderful bank to do business with. It’s nice to keep your money local and not have to wait on hold to speak to a human like big corporate banks.

  I cannot begin to describe the integrity of this bank and it's staff. They have always gone above and beyond in every single situation, every time. I've always been a fan of small, community banks, because they treat you differently than a large, corporate entity. It's a personal relationship, which is key when it comes to finances. They provide all the perks that you would expect from a bank ten times it's size, but at a fraction of the cost (or no cost whatsoever!), not to mention they're happy to do it and take pride in everything with Security Bank's name on it. My officer, Ryan Webb, has provided the most amazing customer service I've ever received in all my years of banking. He is an invaluable gold mine in the banking industry. This bank is a rare find and I definitely recommend it - for personal, business, loans - any and all of your banking needs! They will take care of you and your money like no other!!

  They denied me an account over a settled debt with another bank from 2016. Nice bankers but will not recommend this bank to anyone needing to switch.

  Every time I walk in the door, everyone is so friendly. From the tellers to the loan officers they all treat you with honest respect.
