  To whom it may concern, we would like to share our experience with Mr. Paul Johnston. Mr. Johnson has more than enough patients with any questions you have doing business with him. He is a very good person with his honesty and caring ways to help with the service he provides. Even though it's his job, he tries to make customer happy with his services, but most importantly, he can be be trusted doing his part to help. We had a great experience doing business with him. Positive attitude, and a very timely person in reaching back out to you, if you call him. We are very pleased with his service, he cared in making a difference and we didn't just see a dollar bill on his forehead, just to do business with us, we saw truth and help. He was about business, but he cared about making a difference!!   Paul Johnston was wonderful, and this has been a great experience for my husband and me.   I'd never heard of Presidential, but Ben was recommended to me by someone who he has worked with for a long time. Still, I was apprehensive. However, after speaking to Ben the first time, I knew I needed to continue working with him to see how he could help us with our refi. Now that the process is complete, I must say that, without question, I would recommend Ben to anybody seeking any sort of mortgage and banking needs. He was phenomenal, to the point of even communicating after hours and on the weekend when we had pressing questions! I can not say enough about his level of professionalism and expertise. If you work with Ben, you will be extraordinarily pleased with your decision.
