  I was told I was preapproved for a loan and told to find a vehicle and they would set everything up. Then a few days later they say that I require a co-signor. I want to be reimbursed for the time, energy and gas I wasted running around for nothing. I am definitely changing banks because they could care less about you as a person, they just want your money to make interest revenue off it. #seacommsucks

  We closed our mortgage account out with them in 2019. Instead of marking our account closed on our credit report, they’ve been marking us as 120+ days late for $3000- on a mortgage we don’t even have! We’ve called and been told they would mark it appropriately. We were dumb and believed them. Applied for a credit card at our new bank and were denied because of low credit. We check, and 7 months after we closed our mortgage, they’re STILL reporting it as open and unpaid.

  Great customer service, the only problem I have is they keep bringing a new people and you have to get used to a new person all the time. I am definitely one who likes to see the same face every day at my bank and this bank doesn't do it.

  I always use this bank. I dont have an account thier but they make me feel as I do. Always friendly and smiling. Very inviting atmosphere with great quality employees!

  I lost 3200$ on my debt card. They cut it up and my account was errassed. Issued new card.. never got money back.

  Unimpressed by this banks reliability, its 2018 and their site seems to be down or unable to work for a different reason every time I try to log in, and they have an app but it's a total joke I have tried to make it work for a year along with many friends and it never work, even the security of this BANK is shady, 2018 the security is surprisingly poor and I won't go into detail here but I don't find it acceptable, will be switching banks soon...
