  Kevin and Team at SDC are absolutely amazing and saved my deal! My client needed a hard money loan, but other lenders couldn't deliver due to issues on title. SDC was able to work with the title company to deliver clean title and close shortly thereafter. They'll be getting all of my hard money requests going forward.
