  I've worked with Michael and Debra through a home purchase and three refi's over the past six years. I'm self-employed, so there are a lot more hurdles for me to get financing than for someone that has a traditional job -- especially during Covid! But they've always gotten me over the finish line, taking care of most of the paperwork, advising me on how to proceed, and educating me on how underwriters reach their decisions. I've learned so much from them that I'm the expert in the room among my friends when anyone talks about buying a house (of course, none of my friends are mortgage brokers!). They are very honest, patient, reliable, and realistic. Highly recommend!

  We highly recommend working Michael Rand & Associates as they were absolutely fabulous to work with, reliable and great communication. Joseph guided us through the entire process and helped us secure our refi (even during the height of Covid home stay orders). He was extremely responsive to our calls and emails no matter how big or small our questions were. We mostly appreciated how diligently he kept us informed of were we were in the process. We are truly grateful for his guidance and professionalism it made what is normally a stressful process run so smoothly. We cannot recommend the group highly enough.

  Even though I am in a dream home, I miss the great experience looking for homes with Michael Rand! He’s loaded with honesty, integrity, kind humor and many years of experience in real estate. My husband and I somehow saw nine houses in the span of a couple hours, snacks included! We had a little bit of a difficult time not knowing what city to settle in or whether we wanted a house, condo or townhome. We had some restrictions but we really cut a lot of work for Michael! Like I said, I miss the experience because we had so much fun and am jealous for anyone that gets to take a Michael Rand tour. He doesn’t skip a beat and he’ll watch your back!
