  I should of looked at this locations reviews before stepping in to this branch, infact i hadn't been in this location since Chase bank was Washington mutual bank. Not friendly not welcoming. Its full of arrogant man children dressed in cute suits that can't even answer one simple question .

  I would highly recommend Matias Garcia, Loan Specialist, for purchasing or refinance. Experienced and knowledgable! I was in from Fla to assist my Uncle to assemble a refinance. Matias was helpful and patient through many questions, and the process went very smoothly. Thanks Matias!

  Nick was great. Needed to open an additional account and he was able to squeeze me. And he explained the different accounts. Quick and efficient.

  I usually visit during lunch time and I find that the staff is fast and very friendly. Both the window staff as well as the banker people. I have had times when I needed to correct details on my account and they where able to help me fast and at a reasonable time frame to return to work on time. The tellers have been very friendly and never had any problems on getting my transactions fast and with a friendly service quality. Be sure to park on the correct bank spots some areas are reserved for other stores.

  Horrible service! No help at all!!!There was no line, I came in for my appointment that I made 3 days prior When he sat down, he said that he was double booked and just can’t help me My suggestion, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION Such a waste if time….

  You gotta know this! Chase is the worst bank ever!! I just read that JP Morgan Chase has funded over $196 billion dollars to the fossil fuel industry since the Paris Agreement. This is simply unacceptable. We need to be divesting from all fossil fuels, not funding new fossil fuel projects.

  I work for a small, local business and was in need of cash drawer change. I stopped by this branch to do just that was denied service because I do not have an account with them. Normally, I go to US Bank at the Ralphs on Victory but it doesnt open till 10am. I never plan on stepping into this Chase branch or any other chase bank again.

  They don’t even deserve one star. I have an appointment at 1:00. I’ve waiting for half hour and nobody had even given me a estimated time as to when I will see the teller. The worse branch ever.

  I really love the service that I receive at Chase Bank now. I am pleased to go here and it's always comfortable. The service is snappy and attentive.
