  I needed to contact the dealer after a day and half to check on the progress, my truck when in for a Oil change and a diagnosis of a check engine light. I got an email notifying me that miscommunication between the engine and transmission. The service manager mentioned he would speak with the transmission tech and report what they found when my truck had transmission work in 11/20 never received that call back. Very poor customer service.

  I had nothing but great customer service from Scranton Chevy. Even though my credit wasn't the best they didn't push me away, it took some time but they were able to put me in a car that was right for me! I had salesman Phil Brown and throughout the whole process he was very attentive and made sure everything went accordingly. All of the employees were also very kind and friendly which made it an overall good experience for me! I will keep coming to Scranton for my future vehicle purchases as well!

  We had the pleasure of purchasing our new Chevy LT Trailboss from Bill Buswell who was absolutely great. He made our car buying experience pleasurable. He was very knowledgeable and show genuine enthusiasm for the love of cars and his job. It was very evident in the way he handles his business and interactions with customers. It is very refreshing. The entire staff we had interactions with were very enthusiastic and helpful. We love our truck!

  After purchasing a cpo vehicle less than one month ago I brought it in for blower motor failure. After being quoted for $549 for a new blower, I declined service and I paid a $70 fee. I fixed the motor myself(rodent issue) and my AC now works better than it ever did. This was an issue with the truck when I purchased it. I don't believe I should have been responsible for the $549 and especially not the $70 that included a $6 shop material fee. What on earth could a shop have used when it had to take 7 bolts and screws out to drop a blower motor. You've lost my business.

  Just bought my second vehicle from Scranton Chevrolet, and as always Kamila Pelleccio’s service was outstanding! Also, the finance rep, James Mitchell got me a fantastic rate, and the manager, David Tignonsini, gave me a generous trade in! My next vehicle will certainly come from them
