  Usually really great, but recently, they seem to be closing everyday, and if you check the day before, it says open, and then when you go to look day of, says closed. Really disappointing, as when they are open, never a problem! Unreliable at this time. Thank you Alma for responding- however, I have used the website you have suggested in the past, and it has said the bank of america was open, and then it was either closed, or was listed as closed the next day. 24 notice of bank closure is okay once, maybe twice, but is not okay all the time. Also, google continually says bank hours have been updated on their platform 3 days ago or six days ago, but then the bank somehow closes overnight.

  A sincere thank you to Aneta, and Carmen, two terrific Bank of America staff members. Recently visited from Florida and needed immediate access to my bank funds from a FL bank account I have. These gals totally rose to the occasion unlike 2 other CT banks I stopped at initially. As it was an emergency situation it was imperative I had access to my own money. These wonderful people didn't hesitate to help me. It restored my faith in the banking industry. So much so I will switch banks upon my return to FL. Thanks again Aneta and Carmen!

  I have called to make appointments 6 times and the phone just rings and rings and then it eventually hangs up on you and says no ones available. You go into the bank and it’s a 25 minute wait in line to cash a check. HIRE SOME PEOPLE. you guys got the money to do it!!! Worst bank.

  Got a call back from a manager yesterday, telling my spouse and I to call back. (Manager has been very helpful for us) we have been calling and calling since we got her message and no one will pick up the phone. Super frustrating.

  Temporarily closed again. The business I work for uses this bank and I’ve been trying to convince them to change banks. No other bank has had this many closes and it’s getting out of hand. I mainly just want to know why this branch closed temporarily for about the third or fourth time in a year.

  I have had one bank account my whole life.. for 10 years I have been banking here, I’ve never had an over draft and I get charged 12 dollars a month just to have a checking account. This past week my account was over drafted for 2 dollars for 3 hours because my check hit late. Now because of this my account was negative AGAIN. I was threatened that if I don’t get it up to even by 8pm I would be slammed with another 35 dollar fee. No help no exceptions, even though I have loyally banked with you for years. I’m absolutely stunned. Even credit cards grant leeway in this situation. Tomorrow I’m going to the closest charter oak and shutting down my Bank of America account. Worst customer service ever. Kind of funny too, everytime I walk in to a boa I can’t hit an atm without being harassed about opening a new credit card, yet you can’t even be fair with a regular bank account. I will forever tell everyone I know not to bank here! If I could give one star I would...

  They were very very busy but doing their best to manage all of the customers. The teller I spoke with was very helpful and nice.

  One Teller on a Monday morning. An elderly lady asked for $20.00 in quarters and was told to step aside. She never got them No offers tfrom anyone else to help .Very poor customer service.
