  Worked with Mary to close out an account and there was some “lobby drama” going on. She handled herself very professionally and stayed very calm. Worked to get everything squared away for my sister and was just over all very efficient and professional. This lady deserves a raise!

  Nicole at the Waterford Branch was soo helpful and kind in helping me with a loan I was trying to get a holiday loan and didn't get it but she got me approved for a rapid cash loan because I am a member it was easy and Nicole even went above and beyond to give advice on credit and helping with refinancing I look forward to working with her again...I have never had any trouble with this bank and I've been with them for 4 years or so great customer service Thank You Nicole Happy Holidays to all 😊 ❤

  I worked with Madison in the teller drive thru. What a great experience! She caught my mistake, thank Goodness. She was very sweet and professional. Always has a smile on her face and remembers my name. I will always go to her line when she works!!

  I have been extremely happy with almost all of my experiences with CPCU, my lone regret is that with the new credit cards we can no longer make payments in the office.

  I've been a member of CorePlus for several years and I have always received quick and courteous service. Members of the bank will happily take you aside to provide you with professional and quick service, and do not hassle you in doing so. Additionally with the new renovation of the Norwich location, this CorePlus looks very modern and nice, the interior is pleasing to the eye and laid out in a more sensible fashion. My sole complaint with this location is the limited hours of service, I wish it would open sooner and close later.

  Worst bank ever!! Was a member of Connecticut Community Credit Union for 23years and loved my bank and its wonderful staff until Core Plus Credit Union bought them out. Unless you want to be disrespected and humiliated do your banking elsewhere!! When all but one staff member of Connecticut Community Credit Union left when Core Plus took over, that should tell you something!! They took out double car payments, over drew my checking and expected me to pay the overdraft fees. The branch manager in Pawcatuck is so rude and childish, and looks like she's about 12. I joined Westerly Community Credit Union and couldn't be happier!!
