  We loved working with Scott and his team. Their personal approach of working closely with our realtor and with the sellers’ team made it possible for us to get the home we needed during a very competitive buyers’ market. Their team is extremely timely throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions, making us feel confident that we were prepared financially to make the purchase. I would say they actually made the financial part of buying a home easy! We will definitely use them again and highly recommend Neighborhood Loans.

  Scott and his team went above and beyond to help us on our first home purchase. We were expecting the worst when it came to buying a home for the first time after hearing so many horror stories from other first time homebuyers with their experiences. Ours was quite the opposite. Everything that could’ve gone right - did. I am not exaggerating when I say absolutely NOTHING went wrong- in fact it just kept getting better. Scott was constantly communicating with us through out the process and was always quick to answer any questions we had - even after work hours. We truly believe we worked with the dream team - because a “dream” is kind of how this all felt because of how amazing our experience was in this process with Scott. Scott and his team are kind, patient, knowledgeable, and caring. We are blessed to have worked with such a extraordinary team. Thank you Scott and the team for all of your hard work and dedication.   I was searching for a home for years but once I started working with Scott I got a home within a couple of months! I’m a first time homebuyer so there’s a lot I didn’t know, but Scott and his team walked me through it the whole way. They even made my offer just as competitive as any other offer with their 17 day or less closing program. I highly recommend Scott and his team to anyone and everyone!

  Scott made the process so easy. He answered all of our questions honestly (even if it wasn't what we wanted to hear). He is easy-going and professional. We even enjoyed a few laughs during what could have been a stressful process. I would definitely recommend Scott and his team!

  First of all, our Realtor Jeff referred us to Scott as we had some unique questions on VA loans. We were moving to a new state and I wanted to use the VA loan again but was unsure how that would work out. Scott immediately knew what to do. He took my call very quickly, explained everything to my wife and I and then even mentioned he could handle the work even though it was out of state. Scott was able to do all of our pre approval, work with the new realtor, help and mentor us to get our APR rate as low as possible. All of which took very little impact from ourselves. Scott would text, call, and email, along with his team, every step of the way. Scott is very professional, easy to work with, and just a great guy. I hope he is still there whenever we decide to move, he has our business for life.

  Scott was very responsive and accessible through the process. He was also encouraging during a very tough market. The software that neighborhood loans uses is also very smart and convenient, I was able to upload all docs from my smart phone. This is huge for those of us that are always on the go. I highly recommend Scott and Miles to anyone.

  Scott and his associates were wonderful to work with!! They went beyond our expectations of getting us into our home, even with all the obstacles that were unforeseen they never backed away they keep going forward! They were very fun to work with even when we were stressed out to the max they always got us back to reality to keep fighting for forever home!   Scott is an excellent mortgage loan officer! I am a first time home buyer and he calmed me down many times and we touched base at least 3 times a week before we moved into the house last Saturday. I would highly recommend him to any home buyer as he makes sure you are in the loop 100% of the time through your home buying process
