I was able to reach him whenever I needed assistance and receive the answers necessary to move forward with transaction. I was even more impressed when he received my call while on vacation. He was easy to reach whether call, text or email. He kept me up to date weekly, and I was confident that the transaction would close because he stayed ahead of any foreseen problems.
