  Having been in real estate for over 40 years, I can honestly say I can't remember ever working with a lender who is so efficient, professional, knowledgeable and willing to go way past the extra mile to get the job done. I am 100% certain that without Scott stepping in to take over our transaction it would have fallen apart. I say to any agent out there, or prospective buyers, you'd be in great hands if you use Scott for any transaction. Never have I seen a lender working weekends, evenings and holidays to get things accomplished. He also kept me posted every step of the way. Five star service!

  I don't even know where to begin, as I'm still in shock that our VA home loan application was approved and closed two weeks earlier than I thought "might possibly" happen. Yay! :) A mighty thanks and Bravo Zulu to Scott Peterson for making this happen. He provided exemplary service, from start to finish.   I'm a realtor in Las Vegas and have worked with Scott over the past couple of years. To this day I haven't had a complaint or a deal fall apart which is unheard of. I'm one that only works with lenders who have amazing communication and with Scott I never have to worry about were we are in the process.
