  Been waiting for MHC warranty provider to pay for my truck repairs. It has been 3 weeks since the truck was repaired. They treat you as just a number. They don't value your time and Jack in warranty office is very rude.

  I've purchased several trucks from MHC Joplin in the past few years. I have always received the best service with the highest level of professionalism. My salesman has always provided a seamless transition from the paperwork to getting my trucks serviced. The finance team has pushed for the best deal and best intrest terms for me.   This was the best finance option we could find. As new owner operators it was hard finding someone to lend us the money. It took us a good few months. But with what we had MHC actually was the first to really listen to what we had and treat us like people rather than just a number. Because of the great job they did they have gained a customer for future financing. I highly recommend MHC finance. Travis did an outstanding job and answered any questions I had. Any time I called he picked up too. Which was a real plus. He eased my mind and made everything really easy for us.

  Brittany Cutler at MHC Financial Services is THE BEST loan officer that you could ever find. I don't even know where to start. I have worked with many financial loan officers for decades and have never encountered someone so efficient, professional and responsive. First, Brittany did the impossible, she found a way to get me loans for THREE (3) trucks for my start-up business. She always found a way to meet the lending requirements and simply get it done. Most of the work was done by her and only involved me when it was required. Second, Brittany was very responsive, we spoke on the phone, sent emails and even exchange texts during weekends while she was taking her children to sport practice just so we could get all the paperwork required on time. Finally, Brittany gathered all the information very efficiently so the entire process was smooth and without problems. Most of the process was made electronically and we avoided the need to send hard copies that will delay the process. Brittany at MHC Financial Services, with her professionalism, experience and persistent work LITERALLY has changed many lives. I have three (3) drivers working full time and they are able to provide to their families with a good compensation package. And my partner and I are able to grow our business at a faster rate, all thanks to what Brittany did for us. That's a total of 5 direct jobs that she created herself plus the indirect boost to the economy having those three (3) trucks on the road. Thank you Brittany for all you have done to us.
