Judi Zummach5Lisa Kagy was our loan officer. Our original mortgage application was going fine until they discovered the home and land we were to purchase was considered agricultural, due to the size of the property and the tax records. Lisa started the process and was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable about VA loans and farmland. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone seeking a mortgage, especially for a home with acreage. We closed on time and are extremely happy with Lisa and MLoA.

Daniel Steiner5They have done one initial financing and 2 refinancing deals with MLOA. In short they have been professional, courteous and FAST. What I like most about them is their utilization of technology to streamline the process. I don't always have to drop what I'm doing to run some document to them like I've had to do with other lenders. They return my phone calls.......QUICKLY. I also like the peace of mind that my loan officer is up to date on the latest products and anticipates my questions before I have them. I'm glad they are in my corner. Dan

Andrea Cantrell Morris1If I could leave zero stars I would. This has been a true trip down the road to hell and our loan officer Beau Charbonneau was driving us straight there! If you get assigned this man RUN!!! From the start he knew we were first time home buyers and gave us NO information on how things work and what we needed to look for. We discovered it all on our own through trial and error. He was available in the beginning and as soon as we found a home he got pushy about moving the closing date up and even harrased our Relator to push us to do the same. So we did, we moved up the closing date by 3 weeks to appease him. The closer we got to the closing date the more he was not available. He would not answer emails and his phone would go straight to voicemail. The day before closing he calls and says the loan is not going through because of an issue with my student loans that he had me clear up a month prior in the middle of me dealing with my Mom going through Radiation treatments for her terminal breast cancer. He was not phased one bit and very pushy during that time. So to hear after he harrased me during a hard and personal moment in my life was for NOTHING I WAS FURIOUS! He even tried to turn my husband and I against each other by saying he did this and that when it was furthurest from the truth. Beau took it upon himself to lock us into an interest rate that was 1% higher than what we were told we were locked in to. Now we are 2 1/2 weeks PAST our closing date and still unsure if we will close this week. He cost us $500 that we had to pay to the seller to amend the contract yet again or we were going to be without a home and out $2500. Now if we do not close by Thursday we will be without a home and out $3000. And do you think Beau even said he was sorry we had to pay $500??? Run from this man, run far far away if you want to save your sanity and not be out thousands of dollars.

Maelinda Heberling5I started to work with david barber in the beginning of this year. There was a few things that needed to be fixed with my and my husband credit. So we got with the credit clear law center they started working on our credit right away. We were in the processes of selling our current house at the time which gave us plenty of time to work on our credit. The day we received the offer for the house. i called up david barber i submitted our application and he had us approved to by a house right away. So that same day we were able to put in an offer for the new house. which was great because everything started to fit into place. David barber kept in touch with me about the process the whole step of the way. We got to sign our papers aug 2018. It takes them about 45 days to get all of the papers and put them together and get everything processes. I would recommend them. David barber is awesome. Thank you david barber for everything you and your team has done for me and my family you made everything possible and you help us to get a beautiful home and start a new chapter in our life you guys made it possible for us. my family and i wanted to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts

She was extremely helpful when it came to answering questions for us and also very prompt with any follow up! I don't think we could have had a better experience with someone else. Theresa White1The loan officer that I was working with was very unprofessional. She never picked up the phone to communicate only over email. Prices on closing cost kept changing. Was told no money was needed for closing cost then was told needed 450 appraisal next I needed 595 appraisal 175 inspection 1600 toward closing on top of down payment. Kept on wanting to do gift of equity when we wasn’t aloud to then had the nerve to ask what the seller was going to do with the extra money?? They don’t know OHIO LAWS LIKE THEY CLAIM!!! I finally got fed up after 4 weeks, called a local bank and should close soon on my house. Stay far away from this out of state mortgage company unless you want to pay high fees

Cheryl Miles1I would not recommend this company to anyone. I kept getting lied to just to get my business. The loan officer was the most rude person that I have ever dealt with. She was very boistrous and would not let me get a word in. I feel like the home buying experience is a very sensitive time and you should be made to feel comfortable. This company showed very little integrity. Take it from someone who had to change lenders 3 weeks before closing.
