  Scott & his team play an integral role in my business. As a top real estate agent, I build alliances only with the best vendors & loan professionals for my clientele. Scott was on the other end of the deal about 5 years ago when we met. His personality, innovate weekly updates, and overall finesse with which he handled the deal had me sliding into his DM when the deal was done, lol. It's been history ever since... If you want someone who is a true advocate and trusted advisor to watch you with the perfect loan product then Scott & his team are phenomenal. The rates are the best I have seen, his integrity & Client centric focus is unparalleled & every time a client goes with someone else...Which they are welcome to do... I just feel bad that they don't ever seem to receive even close to the level of service, expertise, competitive rates and experience he and his team bring to the table...Scott is the Man!!!

  Scott and his team made my first home buying experience a breeze. I felt that I was in good hands through the entire process and Scott did a great job keeping me informed and helped me learn along the way. Being new to the process, I was unsure what my rates would be, but I was pleased with what Scott was able to offer. Communication was great and with excellent execution from Scott and team, we were able to close early. Scott and his team were both personable and professional and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a property loan.

  Long story short, Amerisave got my info. I told the lady (from Amerisave) that she was wrong I DID NOT USE THE INTERNET OR CALL THEM (weeks ago)AND REQUEST THAT THEY HELP ME WITH A REFI.!!!! I said I will call the only person that I talked to(today) & see what was going on. DO NOT CALL ME, if I need to be talking to you I WILL CALL You. SO WHY DO U CALL ME TWICE EVERYDAY? I JUST KEEP BLOCKING THE NUMBERS THAT CALL ME.

  Scott and the American Pacific Mortgage team are fantastic! I am a first time home owner with an incredibly busy job. Scott was so accommodating to my needs it was absolutely perfect. He was able to come to my work to snag papers when I couldn't make it to the office, take my texts and calls a weird hours and answered my 8,000 questions with honesty and integrity - Fast! I could not have asked for a better experience for a first mortgage.
