  Wonderful experience! Our loan officer, Patrick Holm/Senior Loan Officer, provided us with several common sense options for refinancing our mortgage. He never pressured us on anything. He made us feel like we were being very well taken care of, like family. His laid back, compassionate demeanor combined with his quite obviously many years of experience was exactly what we were looking for...and needed.
