  Jon was absolutely excellent as our Loan Specialist (Branch Manager) for our first home purchase. My significant other and I were thrown into an opportunity to buy the home we were renting and were not well prepared for the home buying process. Jon was patient with us, answered all of our questions, responded quickly (even after business hours and on weekends) and was as transparent as we could have asked for. His experience and knowledge helped speed up the process and he was very easy to work with. Lastly, the cost of their services and the great rate we received was icing on top of the cake.   We just closed our first home loan for our first house today and I couldn't be more happy and pleased with the service we received from Jon and team!   I talked to several lenders and ended up going with Caliber. My lenders name was Jon and he was by far the most professional and helpful person out of the entire home buying experience. I was a first-time home buyer, and because of this I had question on most of the things that were sent over to me. Jon would return emails extremely quickly and with detailed responses and then EVERY time gave it a few hours and would call to make sure all questions were clarified and walk me through any other questions I had. I couldn't recommend Jon enough, and will be contacting him for any future home buying opportunities.
