  Scott was an amazing lender, his team and him made the whole process easy. My wife and i been looking for a place to call our own (home)for what seemed to be forever. It became a mess, overwhelming and we felt like giving up.We ended up going with a new realtor. Our realtor who is a great friend of mine recommends that he is the man to go too; to get the job done correctly. First time looking into a home, we got the offer accepted and he helped doing extra steps not a lot of them do. We were so happy and thankful for the effort Scott and our realtor put in. Scott was on top of everything even when it came to a quick question or making sure the process was good and even checked on us. Scott brings that professionalism, but treats you like a human with respect. He does everything in his power to get you the best deal to make sure you're getting the best deal. He makes sure you're comfortable in any situation when it comes to buying a home. Scott is the guy to go too and his team.

  Scott is a true professional who truly and genuinely cares about his clients and does anything in his power at any time of the day to crunch numbers and be very transparent with his clients. For me personally Scott has been a lifesaver and is always available for questions and to explain the process to someone like me who has never bought a home before.with as busy as the market is right now I feel like Scott truly gives his customers the individual attention that they require and doesn't treat them like they are hassling him in any way. He is very knowledgeable and truly exemplifies the word customer service. I would recommend him not only to a first time home buyer but even a repeat home buyer since he makes the process very easy to understand.I went through four other lenders before I finally found Scott and I have to tell you the difference of the way I was treated by the other four lenders and Scott was night and day. Most lenders just treat you like a number and don't really follow up with you and Scott was the first one that not only follows up with you but calls texts or emails you with any updates to his research and what he is doing to assist you through the process.

  Scott Dattilo did an absolutely incredible job for me and my wife. He was available at all times, and kept us in the loop with everything throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Scott to all buyers, but more specifically, first time homebuyers. It can be overwhelming at times and he was there to help every step of the way. We will continue to use Scott for all of our Real Estate needs in the future.

  Scott worked hard to get my wife and I approved and cleared on the house we wanted. We had various challenges from being in a hot market like phoenix, but he took the time to explain everything out and even had a 2+ hour online meeting to walk me through the process. - Thanks!
