  Taide was very responsive. There was little to no delay with his communication. He was also very knowledgeable. I think everyone can agree this process as a whole can be very stressful and at times confusing. Having someone like Taide helping me out really tool a lot of the stress out of things.

  This is the third time we've used Cindy. We wouldn't even think about using anyone else. No matter what kind of rainbows and unicorns the other companies offer you, I guarantee you that Cindy and her team will come through for you by matching the other lender, or blowing them out of the water.   This review is focused on experienced I received using representatives not located at the Goodyear, AZ office. I have done refinances with other properties, recommend using someone else. The overall experience was terrible. The only plus was the loan consultant who promptly responded to questions. Here is a summary of the issues: 1. The first sales person called with hard a hard sell for the rates and fees that were not honored. Recommend getting information in writing and not listening to what they say. 2. Ran our credit twice because they lost the first credit report. This caused additional dings on our credit report. 3. Process took about 60 days 4. Requested to provide three different pay checks. They claim it was because of covid. 5. Loan did not fund when they said it would. Two days and counting past when they promised to fund.
