  I am so happy to say we’ve officially been in our home for 2 years now! I’ll never forget we celebrated the first week in our home by having a small pool party for our kids. The housing market in 2019 was still very competitive back then and I am so happy that Eddie and his team helped us find our home. He gave me the greatest advice to wait it out after many of the homes we put offers in were taken and I was ready to settle for less. I honestly think that if it weren’t for Eddie we wouldn’t have closed on our beautiful home in Avondale.   Eddie was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with! When I initially began looking for a home he took the time to educate me on the loan process including the various types of loans and programs I was eligible for. After I purchased my home, I sought Eddie out again to help me with refinancing.  Again, he made sure I understood the process, and answered all my questions. He made the overall process incredibly easy, allowing me to submit and sign all the initial documents electronically. When it came time to "close," Eddie had a notary come to my home! His professionalism, customer service, and knowledge are unmatched! I would highly recommend Eddie and his team!
