  We deposited cash on Sunday and here it is Wednesday and we still have no deposit into our account ! Not happy !!

  Waited and waited for someone to assist me. The teller wasn’t friendly and told me to wait to which I did even though I was the first one in line. Not what I was expecting.

  I worked with Angela yesterday at the Palm Desert branch. I opened an account and saved 4% on my auto loan. She went above and beyond. Extremely satisfied with thoroughness and overall customer service. I would highly recommend!

  I'm from WA state. I'm with BECU but of course no branch here but I can use atm. Deposited a $60.00 check 2/21. Atm didn't give me a receipt for back my check. It still hasn't shown in my account. Tried to call office and get a message in Spanish and a hang up. HELP

  i just joined and already hate this place........contacting them via phone is pointless. this is exactly why i will stay with my current credit union who answers the phone.........I can never get back the hour 1/2 i spent trying to contact them
