  Chris was responsive and easy to work with throughout the process, and even helped us with a few things that were probably above and beyond his job description. He was happy to share his knowledge and walk through all of our options. He kept us informed every step of the way, so there were no surprises when we closed. We would definitely work with him again.

  As a realtor, Chris is amazing!!! He is always on top of everything. If you have a question, he responds right away, he is professional, and tries to get the best deal for his clients. His purpose is to help his clients not making money off of them. He is very honest!! If you are looking to work with a mortgage lender, I strongly recommend Chris. You will never get disappointed with him.

  Chris was great to work with. He answered any questions I had and even if I had a question late in the evening or early in the morning I could text him with no issues. He will work tirelessly to get you the best deal possible. If you are looking for someone with patience and is genuinely looking to get you the best deal and not just to make money off of you Chris Orlady is the guy to go to!!!

  Chris was great, very easy to work with. Right after our initial phone call he sent me a video detailing the whole process, and what he needed from me. This was my first refinance so beforehand I didn’t really know what to expect. I was actually out of state at the time, but we were able to get everything done electronically through their mobile app. His communication throughout the process was great and from start to finish we closed in 22 days!
