  Based on a recent "horrific" home purchase purchase application which was originally approved then SIXTEEN weeks later not approved I would If I was allowed to post a zero rating. My experience was very unprofessional and numerous disorganized experiences with the finance staff. After my home financing was not approved with Franklin I applied at another finance company which approved me within EIGHT WEEKS. My roller coaster experience at Franklin I wouldn't wish on anyone!

  Updated May 2020 Time for a refinance with the rates lowest in years. Randy got the ball rolling immediately with just a phone call. A couple days later he had an even better rate locked in and despite the pandemic lockdown, everything went like clockwork. So appreciative to Randy for making this so easy. Feels good working with someone I know and trust. Glad to finally get to meet this time across an empty lobby. Thanks for everything Randy! July 2018 We worked with Randy Corti by referral from a real estate agent. At the time we had been working with someone from LA. When I first spoke with Randy, it was because lenders outside the desert don’t seem know about Leased land vs Fee Simple and which HOA’s have kept up their paperwork for VA/FHA loans (it seems most don’t bother because they don’t want loans with low equity). Randy gave us lots of great info and offered to be our backup lender. Fast forward to when we found a home and 2 weeks into escrow - Our lender from LA has become unresponsive for several days and multiple parties are relying on this going through for a place to live. Called Randy and he was all over it. He got the final loan approved in just 3 weeks and that was over 4th of July. He was friendly, forthright and always available. Hard to believe I’ve never met the guy in person, but so thankful for his help and wish him the very best. I highly recommend Randy to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust.

  We had a great experience with Randy after finding an off market home with a quick close. The process was seamless and the interest rate was aggressive considering the property is a second home. Randy and Franklin Loan understands the market.

  Loan Officer Randy Corti was excellent. He always picked up the phone, or called back right away. From the loan application being filed to funding the loan and closing the transaction took only 18 days. The fees were also very reasonable and competitive. I would most certainly work with them again.
