  Dallas….you were a God send. Everyone at OCI is family. You all came in when we need the help and you saw it through till the very end. Dallas and his team worked very hard for us. Dallas and our realtor took our fight and represented us to the fullest. We are going to write a book and Dallas and OCI will be in it for sure! THANK YOU!

  I'm not one to ever leave a bad review, but I had a horrible experience with OCI. By biggest gripe was that I got flat out ignored by both my main contact, Dallas, and by the head of the company. This was after we had many conversations and were moving forward with the loan. Multiple times it took weeks for them to respond. I ended up losing the deal I had because of OCI. When I was finally able to speak with Dallas, I questioned why I was ignored for weeks. he then yelled at me and completely told me off. Do yourself a favor and never work with OCI.

  My husband contacted OCI in mid summer 2020. We were working with Dallas. I use the term "working" really loosely because it was nearly impossible to get ahold of him. He actually said on one occasion that he'd completely forgotten about my husband and I and was glad I'd called and reminded him. A few weeks went by and we switched realtors. Dallas told us we were approved for $150,000 buying power, which in the Phoenix, AZ market is almost nothing. He told us if we signed up for a debt program we'd be approved for $210,000. My husband and I debated whether or not to do so, but because of Covid, our finances were pretty low so we decided not to right then. About a month after we first contacted OCI, we got kicked out of our apartment, again thanks to Covid cuts. At that point we started trying to reach Dallas often to get the ball rolling. He was increasingly hard to get ahold of. When we told him the housing position we were in he promised to send me a list of people he knew in the Phoenix area who would rent to us short term as well as a list of Airbnb's that were affordable that could work for a month or two until we bought a condo. He never came through on that. Dallas lied to us or gave us false information on a number of occasions. He would answer communications sporadically and was rude in a few instances, as well. My messages were getting more and more short with less pleasantries because I was getting increasingly frustrated and angry with him and the whole company. At one point, he sent me, just me, an email telling me that I was rude, that I should be incredibly grateful and that since I hadn't been he could deny us based on my attitude. We moved into a hotel on July 31st 2020 after Dallas never got us the information he promised. Dallas was unhelpful and rude and nearly impossible to get ahold of the entire time we were working with him, about mid way through January 2021. He finally told us we had $80,000 buying power. Again, in the Phoenix economy we wouldn't have found a thing. He eventually raised it to around $120,000 with 3% concessions from the seller + no more than $200 HOA monthly fee. Our options were VERY limited. Despite that, we did find a place that we put an offer on that was accepted. Dallas didn't do the things he was supposed to do when he was supposed to do them, like scheduling an appraisal. We were supposed to close right after the new year but he didn't even start to schedule the appraisal until after the date we were supposed to close, we were upset, and I couldn't say a word because of his sexism about how I should be so grateful to him. We eventually signed up for a debt program. During that time, Cox Communications made some clerical errors and sent our account to collections. My husband got that cleared up in record time and Dallas finally did one thing right. He insisted to the underwriters that that shouldn't count against us. One good thing in over 6 months of frustration and getting the run-around, did NOT improve our view. . We ended up not getting the condo because at the VERY last minute, like the last day sort of last minute, Dallas called the HOA to verify everything was in order and we discovered they didn't take VA loans anymore. This was the second home offer that didn't make it to closing with Dallas for our realtor. She now is waiting to work with us until we find a new lender. I eventually googled the company and found that nearly every bad review here is about Dallas. His assistant isn't as rude but she absolutely made her share of mistakes, too. The entire process was frustrating, confusing, unclear, and OCI made it so much worse than I believe it needed to be. Now that Dallas can't send me sexist emails threatening my livelihood with having a roof over my head, I can write this review to warn you all AWAY from OCI loans.

  We are sorry, you feel that way, buying a home is complex, and your credit wasn't the best, so its is not easy getting a home when you are faced with challenges, which is why we believe in helping those with challenges. So we understand the system is not easy. Your file is still approved, i believe you folks just gave up. Which is understandable. Otherwise we loved working with you, even with challenges. No loan is perfect, nor is every lender that we work with matching you to their needs. So underwriting conditions can be challenging with you have debt to overcome while buying a home. We can understand the learning curb one might have while taking care of debt to qualify. Those are process in its self with the challenges, when you dont know the process.   DO NOT RECOMMEND! The owner of our house at the time and my fiancé and I, Had bad experiences with Dallas from orange circle international loans. He and his team were very unprofessional as well as schemers trying to take large commissions. We did exactly what Dallas asked and all he did was make promises that were all lies from the beginning. We found a way better lender with awesome interest-rate’s and we just closed on our new home with a lot less than what Dallas was trying to charge us ($14,000)!! Outrageous Dallas lol fool! We will not be recommending orange circle international loans to anyone whatsoever ever Because of how we were treated by Dallas and his team , but we prevailed and did exactly what he said we could not do. We closed $6000 less than what Dallas said we could ever do.😎🏡!

  You were not our client, nor can you speak for another client. We did not have any financials with you sir. If you partner did not qualify with us, then they did not qualify. The lender fee's are not set by us, ad does have to do with the economy when you apply. We are grateful you were completed with another lender, and is what matters.   I ended up shopping for a refinance loan with a lot of lenders. When I hit upon Orange Circle International, none of the others even wanted to try and compete. The OCI folks even directed me to an insurance broker where I saved a lot on both home and auto insurance. My old insurance broker of 20 years took a look at the quote, told me it was a good quote and didn't even try go keep my business. I heard of OCI through another very satisfied and amazed customer. Even now, people are amazed at the deal OCI got for me.
