Jennifer Choe1I came here to make a payment. I waited morn than 30mins. No one came to me to explain or apologize why delaying to be served. You guys need to elevate your service and hire more employee to be process better customer service. It is 21 century!! !!! Wake up

Douglas Colleen1Worst bank experience I have ever had at a US Bank branch office. The lack of customer service was appalling. They do not care about making a good impression or care to resolve banking issues, which they did not. I have been a long time US Bank member, and this is by far my worst experience. Look for another branch, unless you want to be treated rudely and with disrespect.

June Abe1I wish they stop doing a telephone marketing. It's so annoying to get a call without any appointment. So, but practice. I have been hanging up more than 10 times in the past. Wish, they put some notation not to disturb me. I even complained so, but no avail. Telemarketing is very bad practice, I am really thinking to change a bank. On top, I am registered under "Do not call a list" Sick of them !!!

John P1I went in to do a Western Union transfer and right from the start, the guys is saying they don't even make money from doing it...So is he saying I am wasting their time when I walked in? This branch has horrible service(been to 4 other branches throughout Irvine and Lake Forest). Probably the worst experience I have ever had in a very long time. They try to sound courteous throughout the whole time I was trying to get my stuff done but they are not at all. They pretty much got out of doing the money transfer by using technicalities when no other branches have ever asked for certain IDs(never needed in the 3 years I have sent money- including the day before). It was almost closing time so he did anything he can to get out of doing the transfer. Looks like the manager was there listening to all this garbage. Actions speak louder than words. You will have to taser me and carry me inside that branch to make me go back there again.

Melissa Dobson1I sat in the drive up window for 5 minutes and pushed the "call teller" button multiple times. I decided to go inside afterward, but the line was moving slowly so I used the outside check deposit machine which, of course, WASN'T working. I don't mind having to come inside, but don't let me sit in my car wondering what's going on. Close the drive up window or make a sign. Anything other than ignoring me.
