S M1The most worse customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. 4 works on the counter and only one who’s taking care of the customers why is that happening. This bank not suitable for business owners. Find another bank much more easier.

Matt R.1I’ve been a Bank of America customer for over 22 years and I’ve always been very happy until I came to this branch. I’ve been to this branch many times, and god forbid if you need to talk to a banker without an appointment. It’s impossible, and they basically told me I can leave although I was in an emergency situation. So I went to another branch about a mile away and I was welcomed with respect. There was absolutely no willingness in helping me. I have been here MULTIPLE TIMES with just me and another customer working with a teller and I had to wait 20 minutes or longer while other tellers stood behind the counter and did other things instead of helping a customer. There must have been 10 to 12 bank employees in the branch that I could see. If I close my Bank of America accounts one of these days, it would be because of my awful experience at this branch. I can’t express how frustrating it is to go to this branch. Absolutely consistently the worst experience with every visit.

Mo (OnAir)1Same experience as all the others. No tellers and all sorts of people in offices...Jennifer the manager seems not to care to make changes. I stood in line for 20 minutes and gave up. Over 10 people in front of me. Ridiculous

Vipin Arora1Do not waste your time in this branch. Booked Notary Appointment at 9.30 am. Bank was almost empty. Told us the banker is not available with which the appointment was booked by the system. Next, they told us to wait to look for another banker. We were waiting for 30 mins...Came back saying come back at 2:30 pm. My family drove 50 miles to sign the documents from different location as i live in Irvine. I told them they can not wait till 2.30. Then suddenly they told me show us documents. They said we can not notarize any of the documents except bank documents. Which is a big lie. In last 10 years i got notarized the similar documents many times from BOA. Why they didn't email/call us before we reach that the banker is not available we need to reschedule? Why to make us wait 35 minutes to say NO, we can't notarize these regular documents. Why other BOA branches notrize the same documents and not this one? Why they were making us come back at 2:30 when they had to say NO at 2:30 as well by looking at documents? Does customer time matter or not? I have 4 bank accounts in BOA and going to close all of them as their services has got worst in all these years. Jennier - The manager at this bank--- You will NOT find the worst person than her anyhwere through out any of the US banks. Rude, unprofessional, illogical person. Stay Away, better to do business with professional people.

Amit Shah1Poor service and management. Made an appointment for a wire transfer and notary. After the wire transfer was completed, I waited for approximately 20 minutes to be told that now there was no time to complete the notary and I can be rescheduled for another day. I already had an appointment and the notarized documents needed to be overnighted.

How about we all become robots and live in the matrix, leave reality and just live in a fantasy in an online world? Let’s do that because why have phone numbers when you have the internet.

Madan Lal1Rude, Unprofessional, Unethical staff. They do not have any intentions to help you out. You will feel better even in government run public offices in comparison to this private branch. BOA should reconsider the staff (Specially the branch manager) so that they do not loose their old customers who are doing business with BOA for years.
