  My realtor gave me Sarah's contact information. She was on vacation when I called her, but she directed me to apply online, and messaged me with a direct link, saying she'd work on my application the next morning, from her vacation. She got me approved very quickly, and after I found a house, she and Christine sent text messages, and emails letting me know where we were in the process, and what the next steps would be. We closed on time, with no fuss. I highly recommend! Thank you, Ladies!

  Sarah is a one woman army. Not only did she secure our mortgage well within the time frame we needed, and at a very competitive interest rate, but Sarah spearheaded much of the whole house purchase process, working closely with our Realtor; the Title Company; and Escrow. She was always available to answer questions, even on weekends, and she and the rest of her group kept us updated at all times with almost daily progress reports. We cannot speak too highly of Sarah and her group and strongly recommend this company .

  My husband and I moved from Arkansas to Tennessee. We sold our home in Arkansas and needed a mortgage to purchase a new home in Tennessee. Sarah and her team helped us "long distance". Applying for and getting a mortgage can be very stressful, even more so if you are doing it long distance. Sarah made the process simply and smooth for us. Without her and her team, I probably would have given up in frustration. Because of Sarah, we are now in our new home in Tennessee and could not be happier.
