By far best branch in the city. Unparalleled customer service, friendly staff who are knowledgeable and get the job done efficiently. I frequent all Boston locations weekly and this location is excellent and worth reviewing. Steny K in particular is one of the most helpful staff members I have encountered. He is excellent to work with and should be recognized for his efforts.

It's a conveniently location. Some of the staff aren't that friendly though at times. If it offers safebox service, I would definitely visit more often.
