  Duane Lutz was very helpful as always. He appeared to be training a new employee and that person was very helpful as well. I had a last minute addition to my service and they arranged to have it completed promptly. We have been customers here since 2001 I believe.

  I'm originally from another part of Southern California and found my used vehicle on the internet and took a hesitant chance on Santa Margarita Ford. I found myself coming away very satisfied and confident that I got a really an outstanding used vehicle.   I just purchased a Ford F-250 truck from Santa Margarita Ford. The sales staff at the dealership were great. They made the process so easy. I first found the truck online. I emailed a request to find out if it was still available. Susan Grinnan, from online sales, responded within minutes with all the information on the truck.. I set up an appointment and Scott Delabar was waiting for me when I got there and he just made things very simple. The truck was out in the front and he explained everything about it. I recommend Santa Margarita Ford to anyone. The quality of their Customer Service is way above the expected average.

  Santa Margarita Ford makes everything so easy when it comes to the service center. I recently went to Santa Margarita Ford for a routine oil change and my 30,000 mile service. Miguel Aparicio is simply the best and made sure everything went perfectly with my service. He kept me updated on when my car would be ready and even left my car with the sales floor so I could pick up my car after the service center was closed. If you need any service done on your Ford you should reach out to this dealership and ask for Miguel. As always Santa Margarita Ford goes above and beyond in the customer service area and I am so thankful I have this dealership to go to for service of my car.

  Very easy and fast transaction where other dealerships in the area failed. RSM ford, Mike and John made things very easy, spent all the time I needed to go over the car. The service was excellent. I have leased many cars before and this was actually a pleasurable e patience. Thanks.

  Shervin was very helpful with the process. I live in the South bay San diego. Found the Car I wanted online did everything over the phone drove up signed all those papers🥺. Jumped on the 5 south enjoyed the ride home in my new car!

  Great dealership. Just bought my third car from them. John and Scott in Sales delivered and John in Finance had all the paperwork ready when we arrived (and exactly what was negotiated). Duane in Service always takes care of our cars and it's worth the drive for the service.

  I just purchased a Ford Raptor 2020 and I worked with Jaiden and he was very professional and kind.
