S. Philip Salonga2I don't use this institution when I'm traveling. My experience is it's too hard to set up automatic payments or to reach when needed when traveling abroad. When I do reach them, they're very polite, but provide what I perceive as bogus excuses as to why certain services cannot be provided.

They brought my interest rate down drastically. Naci was the supervisor that helped me and the service was excellent.

Friday night at 5:30, my wife and I went in to open a checking account, which took about 45 minutes, since my wife has never been a Credit Union member. They took great care of us, staying past closing time, and helping us get a cashier's check, all without complaining about working late! Very nice people!
