  Coming from the Realtor that represented the buyers.. Buyers (especially first time) tend not to realize the importance of a strong, competent team & the harm that can be caused in choosing the wrong lender. Imagine not being able to get a hold of your lender while under contract until maybe the last few days before closing. I've personally had buyers back out from the racked up nerves of this alone. Sandra does not miss a beat with her updates, stays on top of the documents & information she needs to keep a smooth pace (from all parties; to ensure you can close on your loan in time for closing) & an all-around good, friendly, great to work with person.   Sandra is BY FAR the BEST Lender I have ever worked with! Sandra works non-stop, crosses every T and dots every i. It was a long process to undergo, but Sandra explained everything to me, told me exactly where I needed to go to get documents, was always communicating. Sandra even took time during her off time to answer questions and make sure I was making the right choice. I can't say enough great things about her! She's phenomenal!!!!
