  Mallory spent a very long time calling HQ to get my problem resolved which has made my future banking there so much easier. She has a very good understanding of banking procedures, and got everything I was trying to explain to her. It's not easy these days to find people who pick things up quickly. She's amazing, I'm so grateful!

  8th Street branch is my go to bank. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Very helpful also.

  I have been banking here since its new opening. I am treated courteously, promptly and professionally. The tellers are always very friendly and helpful if I need a service or have a question. I left other banks because of the anonymous way they handled my transactions. Coming here is like going to CHEERS. Everyone knows your name. But it goes both ways. I treat them the way I would treat anyone who handles my money................ with a smile and thanks that they are helping me. It has been my experience that tellers work very hard for what they get paid. No regrets being active with this branch!!! Hope you have the same experience.

  Is a very good financial institution 90% of employees are very helpful... With the exception of that 10% who don't try hard enough to help or look for ways to help the best to their abilities Few times gotten turn away and leave

  The tellers are always friendly and helpful. Management staff are just as friendly and helpful. I've been with PNC for almost 2 years. In that time I had gotten my account hacked They were able to fix it. That was a good thing. They have branches that are at the right locations. There is another big bank in the area but since the merged with another bank that bank closed close to a dozen locations even ones in food store which was convenient got to bank go shopping one stop trip now those are closed. The best location that I went all the time was branche that was only 1/2 block away. I use to walk there. Now I havecdrive to the nearest one. The ATMs do not work like suppose to. I put deposit money in ATM and most time it get rejected because it can't read the bills. I have figured out that I only put in $200 at a time Atm that goes for the other,branch which is to out if the way that is true for that machine even th 3rd one in area us the same. PNC ATMS I have not had any trouble with. Thank for you great customers service and ATMS That work. Banks are aways clean and maintained.

  Staff is friendly but all tellers are forced to push services on you like credit cards and loans. They also tell you about atm deposits if you try to cash a check inside. Classic 9-5 bank could have better hours.

  It's hard to get quick, competent service. Took nearly a half hour for the petite black haired girl to help me get my house (mortgage with pnc, too) on autopay. Today, I found out my account wasn't safe. They would close it for me, but it'll take until Friday to get me a new account!!! Like it doesn't take 10 minutes to get a basic personal account!!! She told me it'll take 45 minutes!

  This branch would indicate PNC is broke. The drive up ATM IS CONSTANTLY BROKEN. Get your stuff working! You have to jump through hoops and be grilled by a Supervisor when making a withdrawal as small as $3,000 or they won't give you your money. Unreal

  I called to question holdings on my account approaching the 5’oclock time frame. A operator took all my information and told me to hold. At exactly 5:02PM the operator took me off of hold and then hung up the phone. I couldn’t call back because it wasn’t within the appropriate work hours. This makes me so irritated since I was waiting on the phone for 10 minutes just for them to hang up. Now I have to wait until tomorrow for them to answer my question.

  If you’re looking for a location with competent employees who are capable of actually assisting you and answering your questions, you’re better off going to another location. These people are completely ignorant of any ways or methods in which they can help you.
