  I been doing my taxes with princess for over 10 years now and I have never had a problem with my return. My taxes are always on time and her price is very reasonable.

  Filed with this office in May of 2021. It is now January 2022 and still haven't received my return. Contacted the IRS who communicated that they never received my filing. Tried contacting them via phone, email, Facebook messaging, and via text. Still have not received a response.

  Been a client for years and always loved this placed but this tax season they definitely dropped the ball. Was not told it was drop off only until we got there and then given a 72 hour eta. which ended up to be a week and half until I finally got a response to pick them up after calling and leaving messages. The cherry on top is after we signed the paperwork a week ago, our taxes were never e-filed. Definitely will never do business with this place again.

  I have been getting my taxes for 5 years with freedom financial. I was referred and I have referred family and friends to her. Princess is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Her services are affordable and you don’t feel like she took half of your refund. Every year I go back it’s like a family and she remember you personally. Very friendly and trusting environment .

  Amazing!!! From the girls in the front desk to the rest of the staff. Princess helped me with my tax refund after i had a horrible experience with another tax agency. She was very sweet, comforting and explained to me step by step the process she was doing for my taxes. It’s nice to go to people who are honest and truly compassionate in trying to help. I would recommend them and will be return job every year from now .

  I have filed an official complaint with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of State. I met with Princess Galarza on 7/12, on 7/15 she said she would file our taxed and we made the complete payment to the Federal IRS. She told us she would get back to us in regards to state taxes by the next day. I have called countless times to her cellphone and work phone, as well as send numerous messages, all of which have been ignored. Today I found out she never filed our taxes, despite being paid in full. So I will be charge additional penalties and fees. I even called her daughter who told me she would have her call me back and still nothing. So disappointed, she seemed like a good professional person and I understand she was ill, but she was not ill on 7/15 or the days leading up to day. She completely disregarded all my calls, emails, and texts and now I have to respond to penalties and late fees after she told me she filed out taxes on time.

  This is my third year letting Freedom Financial prepare my taxes, and I have to say that I have never had a problem with anything. The line might be busy at times but it’s a business and around tax season it’s going to be that way. I like the fact that they know me not just by name but by my face makes me feel good not like another customer! I could go on and on but I won’t, Thanks to Princess and the young ladies for being great at what you guys do!!

  Seriously let down. I realize this is not a typical year, and that the owner was ill for a while, but I have been reaching out literally for weeks, and no one from her office has contacted me about my taxes. I dropped them off in mid February, then everything shut down due to the Corona virus and Princess was in the hospital. However, she has been out for over a month now, taxes are due in less than a month, and I haven't a clue as to if and when I will be getting my taxes. This is so disappointing, as many folks recommended her business. If nothing else I need my paperwork back, so that I can get them done elsewhere. When you call the number, it always says the voice mailbox is full, so you can't leave a message. I email, call, post on facebook, message on facebook, DM on instagram, and no response anywhere. A few folks contacted me privately on facebook, saying they are having the same problem, so I know it's not just me.

  I love going to Princess!!! She is the best at what she does and is always willing to work hard to get you back the amount of money you work hard for and deserve! I love her staff too! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful! Keep up the good work ladies!!!
