  My wife and I just bought our first home and worked with Josh at Sandon Mortgage Group. He was extremely informative and was always available to talk or text when we had questions. He took time to explain each process, and legitimately cared about our loan. He was also very punctual and met all of the tight deadlines to assure our loan closed as scheduled.   I went to look up Rick and Lori Sandon's web page again and was surprised I had not left a review after they arranged financing quickly and with superb interest rate during a family emergency.   I just had my second experience with Rick & Lori Sandon, and it was as easy as I remember when I used them for my lender when I bought a home in 2015. It is great to know you can call your lender at any time to ask questions (and, not feel like you are bothering them). Rick answered all questions I had up front, always worked very quickly to provide us with whatever we needed before we purchased the home, and then Lori helped every step of the way through underwriting to ensure that all documents were in order and that we had everything we needed in a timely manner to close on time. Thank you for the hard work and seamless process. There are horror stories with some lenders continually asking you for more info, and giving you the run around - This does not happen here at all! Great experience two out of two times!
