  This company is literally the best. Scott, Lori and Blazze were by far the most genuinely helping people I have ever worked with and I haven’t even met them. I am a busy young entrepreneur and have a hard time making it to places due to my hectic schedule. We pretty much completed all this just by phone and e-mail. They were on top of everything and helped me get the things I needed and on top of that helped me become a first time home buyer. I would highly recommend this mortgage broker to any of my colleagues. Top notch A++++

  Mark and Lori were great. They took the time to explain everything and answer countless questions I had throughout the whole process. They were always quick to respond, even after hours and on weekends. They made everything as easy as it could be and really made sure I understood every step. Family members were about to go through purchasing a home immediately after me and I absolutely insisted they give Mark a call. Instantly they loved him, too.

  Mark started the process with me for a home loan. He was knowledgeable and honest. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them. Lori was very helpful and took care of everything for loan approval and getting me to the closing table. I had no issues through out the process. Looking to work with Sunpoint again in the future.

  I've done deals with Nelson and his team at SunPoint Home Loans for a few years now. They most recently handled the refinance on the home I purchased and obtained the original mortgage on with them 3 years ago. You will not find anyone that works harder for you, or is more honest and fair in the mortgage business than Nelson. He's a loyal fighter, and the man you want in your corner.
