      Call center for financial assistance has been the worst experience so far. A woman rudely hung up on me after me saying I did not want to get sent to voicemail but did it either way. By far the worst experience with SMCU.

      Due to a web site update they have been unable to service member accounts and do not return calls to correct online issues that do not allow members to sign in.
