  Every body there is so nice to talk with. The owner and the people that run the place. The owner always shakes my hand and says hello.And is always available for questions. I just got all my stuff back that i pawned, But if i ever need a pawn again, I would us them for sure!

  So I live in Modesto and I have something there with them I call and Some woman answered the phone and she was not helpful she was in a bad mood and also Didn’t answer any my questions or help me out in anyway she was very unprofessional so then I came to the location and I had help from A young lady named Eva she was great she was wonderful she help me out with everything I asked and more also she took the time to explain everything in with detail I am very appreciate it and I think this company should hire more workers they have great customer service and ability to answer the clients questions So with all that said thank you very much for your customer service Eva I will return to this location in the future just because of her

  Said it was open until 7 on Google.. i walked in at 635, they told me they closed at 630 and wouldn’t take me after i drove 30 mins… unreal

  BSL is truly extraordinary with a great selection of items ranging from jewelry to musical instruments, as well as buzz saws, drills, lap tops, designer hand bags, and cars to boot, just to name a few. The prices are great and the people working there are fantastic. This may sound cheesy but I love to shop and I love shopping at BSL.
