joseph shahbazi1from the moment you walk in the staff is upset because they have to help you. managers are worst. i needed something done in the morning and because i didn’t have an appointment they were telling me that i have to wait from 9 am to 1 pm and see who might be able to help me i called customer service and the lady on the phone told me that i could do it myself on line. one of the bank employees wanted to waste 2 minutes to explain that to me. i will change banking for sure managers are no help, don’t bother asking for one

Robert Ankeny1Atrocious customer service, redirected me to talk to one of the people in the offices. That person was not even present that day. The explanation was the person at the front could not handle my request. Then I wait a hour just to have the person in the office make the teller do it. Ohh and they complained about my request because it would end up printing too much paper. You could use the money you made off the interest of my money to pay for it, but if you want to pinch pennies I would have been happy to buy a stack of paper so your cheap company.

Jiaming Cui1I made an appointment for 9.30 but waited for more than 30min after my appointment time and I’m still not able to see a banker. This completely defies the purpose of appointments. There was also no one to check in people with appointments. I had to ask around multiple people including bankers, cashiers and they just tell me to wait. One of the bankers tell me to wait and “if there’s not enough time for today, just make another appointment”

Greg Nunes1Lines are crazy long while others sit on their thumbs in their offices. Average wait time 30-50 mins each time I come here. No signs saying they don’t have coins for “some” people. Unprofessional to say the least. Avoid this branch at all cost.

Xochitl Trujillo1The closest sucursal for me, it is been close for long time, I had to drive more than 15 mn to BOFA in downtown Redwood City, and wait a long time in line before someone can help me, and now this branch is permanently close as well. I have to drive to San Carlos and I assume is going to be busier since non locations opens in Redwood City. This is so frustrating!

Vanessa Birrueta2I've banked with BofA fo many years and they definitely have a staffing issue at this branch. I know it's not the fault of anyone within this particular branch, but upper management should take note and they should really get a concierge or someone to work the lobby. It's not the first time it has happened to me where I want to get quarters, i stand in a line for a ridiculous amount of time, only to be told they don't have any. If I could use the ATM for quarters, i would. However, if they had someone working the lobby, i could've been informed about that before waiting 40+ minutes in line for absolutely nothing. They should probably promote one of the tellers to a concierge, and hopefully the bank would run a bit more smoothly.

TJ Wu1The appointment is useless. I arrived 10 min before the appointment time and turns out I was waiting for another 15 min after the appointment time. I spent half hour there waiting. By the way, their manager said he can't do anything about the appointment. Then, what's the point to make appointment? What a waste of time. Just tell everyone it's first come first serve.

On top of that bank of americas other locations are closed. 30 people waiting in line. Nobody comes to a bank to waste their time. Completely disappointed.
