  I wanted to write about my experience at San Marcos Toyota. We actually drove all the way from North Austin because we spoke over the phone and they had a car I was looking for. I had the pleasure of talking to Bailey and Brittany over the phone many times. They followed up with me and were very professional. I also was taken really good care of by Sam Fontaney... he was very kind and courteous and even with my two kids being with us for hours, he made it really easy. Most of all, Mr. Paul Willits was the manager I worked with, and I could not have asked for a more gentle, professional and honest man. He was very helpful and patient with us. If you are ever there buying a car, please ask for him. One more thing, the GM was also very helpful and quickly responded to my questions Yaser and Sana *Update* Once again San Marco Toyota and Mr. Paul Willits have exceeded our expectations in regards to service this time. Always very accommodating and professional. We don't ever regret the drive from North Austin because we feel welcomed and are treated with respect.

  Didn't feel right. They played the whole come back with a manager but not our key to car we were looking at trading in.. then another sales rep. We finally got our key back and headed to a few more dealerships on the way home. Found a great car (Toyota Corolla) and was offered DOUBLE for our trade in.

  Went Monday afternoon to look at a used car we saw online. Probably the best shopping experience I ever had! Cole our salesman and Danny the finance guy where absolutely fantastic in getting us into this vehicle at the price we where hoping for. Even though the vehicle we traded in nor the SUV we where buying was a Toyota we where treated with the utmost respect like we where buying a 2015 Top Model Toyota.The vehicle we bought was a 2004 Ford Explorer which was in excellent condition and we absolutely love it.   This is by far my BEST car shopping experience! From the minute we walked in we were taken care of. Joe and his team went above and beyond to get us the car we loved! If I could rate above 5 stars I would. They even drove me to pick up a car. We will definitely be back when it's time for a vehicle again! Thank you for everything San Marcos Toyota!!

  I was at this Toyota a couple weeks back looking for a Tundra. My car salesman was Michael Hickey. He was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and very personable. Great car buying experience. Hopefully I can use him whenever I buy another vehicle. Top notch service!!!

  Definitely look up AJ. He was so fun to work with. He spent 2 days finding me the perfect car. While I was so sad to leave my truck behind I'm crazy happy with my new ride. I kept them a little late on a Thursday night and they truly made me feel like it was mo problem. Thank you so much guys and hit me up if you ever need an RV.

  Dustin was extremely professional and very courteous. He kept informing me of what was being done to my car as the technicians were working on it. He electronically sent me a list of recommended services along with the cost of each service. He answered all of my questions. I had quite a pleasant experience.

  San Marcos Toyota is hands down the best car buying experience. They are all professionals that enjoy working with the customer to find the right vehicle for you. I highly recommend Issac Foote as your next sales man. He not only finds your the right vehicle, but he also puts himself in your shoes to see what works best for you.   I hope to upgrade to a new Toyota as soon as I can, and will definitely be using San Marcos Toyota, specifically salesman Alex Murchison. Though I am only at the beginning of my car buying process, he has been nothing but patient and kind- he happily answers all my questions in a way I can understand. As an older, single woman, it is very important to me that I have found someone I feel I can trust.

  Sam Coffman or sales representative was a true professional. He did not try to pressure us in anyway. He was very honest and to the point. I honestly felt like I got the best price (in comparison to Kelly Blue book) possible for my 2020 4-Runner.
