  Oh Texas Auto Center!! I have nothing but great things to say about the San Marcos Location!! Bleu was beyond helpful from correspondence through text to in person deal making. Even after being harassed by an employee at the South Austin location, Bleu made me feel comfortable about doing business with this company. He did everything he could to get me into a vehicle and even the vehicle I wanted! I never felt pressured into anything, I was left at my own liberty to choose a vehicle. (Which is how car buying should be) I would recommend Bleu and this location to anyone looking for a vehicle!

  Helpful Sales very kind and good with people. The problem I have is with their services in the back I gave them my car to get my car reprogrammed they knew since a week ago and told me it would be done Monday. I call on Monday to see how my car was doing and they said that the re-programmer hasn't shown up yet they told me it would be done by the end of the day. It's 6:30 still haven't got a call back so I called myself, the guy tells me that the programmer didn't show up and he won't be there today but for sure Tuesday morning and they would call me back. Tuesday comes no call in the morning so I call myself and no re programmer again wait until Wednesday morning they will call me back. Wednesday morning comes around no call so I call myself noon hits still no phone call. I call them at noon the guy Chris who was doing the work for me was on lunch break, told me he will call me back around 2. Waiting and no phone call have to call myself once again he said it just needs to be test driven. Go at the end of the day but I was thinking why until the end of the day if they just need to test drive. So I show up at the shop told him I need the car by 4 for an interview they said for the test drive it will take a whole 2 hours how absurd just to test drive. So I tell him to give me the keys and I will just do that right now. Drive down the st and my car still does the same thing it's been doing they had the car a week shouldn't it be fixed with all that time they already had the car??? so now it's Thursday and they tell me it's something electrical that they will have it done in the morning now it is 3:20 and still had to call myself to find out how the car is doing they said it probably won't be done till the end of the day. They said all they have to do is replace a connector I would think with all this time they've had my car would be done. Really fed up with the car service in San Marcos. I've had to re schedule three interviews and miss school for a whole week this is just wrong.

  5 star...goes to Bleu. I always have a good feeling when I deal with Bleu. He is the best and most honest salesperson anyone would want to work with. This is the second vehicle he helps me with. If I need anything or have any questions he is there to help and give me answers. I will always deal with him. Bleu is awesome!!!

  I don't really do business directly with this company but I make payments for a friend. There was only one bad experience with this company that I didn't like. My friend recently had her car repo'd and when they took her car, they did not contact her as to where the car was going to be towed. Later to find out almost 14 hours later that she was having her car towed to the South Austin location, a different location, when clearly this vehicle was being purchased at the San Marcos location. They took advantage of the situatiion and ended up charging around $510 dollars for the tow. What a disgrace on a company whose staff can't even reason with you. What a bunch of bologna!

  Texas Auto Center in San Marcos is the place to go if you need a used car. They helped me out when other places wouldn't. Free oil changes and the 2 year warranty is awesome! Very clean cars and they are all very professional there. That's where I will send all my friends and family!
