  Sam Polland and his team at Intercoastal Mortgage are AWESOME! When we were thinking about refinancing earlier this year, Sam was incredibly helpful, friendly, and honest every step of the way. Sam and his team were quick to answer questions and provide clear explanations of my options and the benefits of a refinance for my personal needs. We felt very comfortable and confident working with Sam, and we ended up completing what felt like the easiest and most stress-free refinance process possible thanks to the immense knowledge, patience, and dedication of Sam and his team. Sam uses a very user-friendly document upload portal and keeps consistent communication with all his clients, so I always knew the status of my refinance and exactly what was needed from me. We were incredibly pleased with the rate we received, and thanks to Sam's efforts we're saving a ton on our mortgage!
