  Our experience with Caliber was absolutely great during our home loan and closing, which is generally a stressful thing to go through. Ramez and Michael, in particular, were incredibly responsive, kind, and pleasant to work with. Ramez walked us through all of the numbers and made sure we understood what we were looking for and should prioritize. Once we started going through the closing process, Michael spent as much time as we needed answering any questions that arose and helping us to make sure we completed everything we needed to do on time. We genuinely appreciated both their help and interactions with us and would highly recommend them to anyone.

  We're so glad we went with Caliber Home Loans! With interest rates being so low, we did our research with online loan companies, but found the process to be overwhelming. A friend referred us to Caliber Home Loans and we're so glad he did. We worked closely with the Loan Originator Michael Silverstein. Michael was incredibly courteous and responsive. We knew this was a busy time for loan companies, but Michael was took the time out to answer many, many of our questions with the loan process. Having someone to contact locally made the process very smooth and it added that extra personal touch that we don't think we would have gotten with an online loan company. We're so glad we went with Caliber!

  Ramez and his amazing team helped us purchase our first home in 2017 and refinance in 2020 - I don't have enough positive things to say about how easy, efficient, and effortless they made the process. Not only did we get a fantastic rate both times around, we also got superior customer service. This team seemingly works around the clock - they were so quick to respond to our questions and did so with thoughtful, thorough responses every single time. When you're a first time homebuyer, the process can be a bit overwhelming but Ramez was there to help us each step of the way. Would recommend in a heartbeat!
