  What a great experience it was to work with Sam Perez mortgage team. They are always One call away and easy to reach. They respond right away to emails and willing to help however they can. We have had the pleasure of knowing Sam for a couple of years now and he has always been very helpful. He takes the time to explain and inform you on anything you might have a question about. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage loan and will be working with them again in the future!

  Working with Sam and his team was an awesome experience. Everyone was super nice, very responsive and extremely helpful, especially being a first time home buyer. The team managed to help find savings where possible and even managed to help me close on my home in less than 30 days! Highly recommend working with him and his team to meet all your home financing needs.

  My parents Pablo & Aida Garcia were very satisfied with their services. Everyone in the office was very nice and kind. Everything was done professionally. They were satisfied with the mortgage rate and walked out very happy. Highly recommend.
